Item Details & Compatibility

• This is a Yoke Assembly for Alpha One Gen II (1991 & Up)
• Also this would be compatible with 1971-1990 V8 305 / 350 Stern Drives that required the longer edition yoke
  • (4cyl & 6cyl engines from that time 71'-82' used what was called a "short yoke" that measures around 8-1/8"
• The yoke style was used in the years described above regardless of engine / gear ratio of outdrive.
  • I.E. 120hp 2.5L / 140hp 3.0L / 165hp 4.1L, 470 / 165hp 3.7L 4cyl / 4.3L V6 / 305 5.0L V8 / 350 5.0L V8 / also the very rare instances of alpha ones paired with 454's
    • However take special note of the yoke length as described below.
• The Yoke on this measures 9-9/16” (actual yoke part, you can see the full length in the picture)
• Make sure that yours measures the same as if you have an inline (4 or 6 cyl engine pre-1983) it is likely that your yoke is the short model that measures 8-1/8” These are not interchangeable.
