I feel this is possibly a mix of things here, but looks like the Ford M-6268-B302 or Cloyes 9-3535x9 (probably actually this) Timing Chain set (maybe an earlier one) as it just has the (Circle, Square, Rectangle) timing advance / retard options rather than one with more options like the contemporary kits.

General Application / Compatibility

Removed from a 1980's 5.0L 302 OMC Cobra Engine that I am guessing somebody upgraded at some point, but was a stock engine otherwise, I think it is the standard 4.804 distance with a one piece fuel pump eccentric.
