- Replaces 65142A1 which was Used from 1963 & up on 120hp / 140hp & 165hp 6cyl models
- I believe this was basically just a simplified version replacement of the standard pump found on just about all MerCruiser 2.5L & 3.0L models as it doesn't have the upper secondary outlet that is generally welded shut anyway. Ultimately it was replaced by a pump that again looked like the originals (46-8M0113733)
