Valve Cover Part Numbers 65635A8 (Stamped 65635-C2) > which was superseded to 65635A16 (Stamped 65635-C3 and has an additional threaded mounting boss on the top of the valve cover)
Good Condition, original paint, removed from a MerCruiser 140hp 3.0L 4cyl Model

METAL SHIFT ARM COMPONENTS (Later versions had plastic shift arm components and were generally stamped 65635-C3)
Generally used 1983-1989, with MerCruiser 140hp models with the shift components mounted to the cover and plastic (like they are pictured here) Hard to mistake this type of valve cover for the other ones without these components on top but it is best to just match the casting on your current valve cover or look at the shift arm type.
No shift-interrupt switch on this, you'll have to supply your own....
In theory this could be used to replace a system with the 96428A1 MerCruiser 120hp / 140hp throttle lever
