- Used with OMC Cobra applications 1987-1993 (2.3L 3.0L "140hp 4cyl" 4.3L V6 5.0L 305 V8 5.7L 350)......1986 models had a different style of gear housing with a lip on the bottom..
- Empty gearcase, please note that some races are still installed and may need to be replaced, but otherwise it's ready for your internals.
- Inside looks perfect, the outside is missing paint in spots, but doesn't seem to be heavily oxidized in the spots the paint is missing so it's just cosmetically not there, but you could always repaint it. It was pretty standard for the paint to seem to "fall off" of some of these as they kept changing the paint formula on the gearcases through the years.
