- Not Compatible with 400 series (4cyl 20/140) gearcases.
- Generally 3.8L V6 / 4.3L V6 / 5.0L 305 / 5.7L 350 / (170hp / 185hp / 200hp / 205hp / 230hp / 260hp)
- Part Number for this is technically 982439 as a complete assembly, but it is usually stamped 911245 or 910237 which is correct for the years listed above, and yours should be stamped the same thing.
- You WILL NEED TO replace the seals in this... Order OMC P/N 310649 & 313353 (x2)
- Overall good condition, surfaces could use some additional cleaning before installation
