- All MerCruiser "470" 3.7L 4cyl applications (165hp 170hp 180hp 190hp) & Also GM V6 4.3L & 3.8L (185hp / 205hp) applications for Pre-Alpha/R/MR/ALPHA ONE Gen 1, so 1970-1990 as a general rule.
- (You may need to replace the bearing on top of the shaft depending on whether you have a 1970-1982 vs 1982 & Up application as they each used different bearing sizes)
- (Actually the actual gears MINUS the Shafts & Bearings were also used on some Gen II drives 1991-1997)
- The gear set here is MerCruiser 43-75325A3 (43-75325 & 43-75324) Stamped
- (Also equivalent to Sierra 18-2204)
- 17-19 (tooth count) 1.84 Ratio
- Also Included is upper driveshaft assembly 45-55797
