This would have been found on all of the standard OMC Cobra models 1988-1993 & Volvo Penta 1994-1998 Models regardless of engine configuration. Basically the 1986 & 1987 models had a Gimbal Steering arm cover cover that was integrated into the top plastic cover. (where the whole thing was cast out of aluminum)
