We're pretty sure this is a 1963 OMC Johnson Evinrude 378240 / 378240 Wiring harness.

General Application / Compatibility

Probably the 1961-1963 Models only (75hp & probably 90hp) as the 64 & Up models had more quick connectors and this only seems to have one total. The 1961 & 1962 models also had some quick connectors and this could possibly be adapted to work with those models as well.
They used the white Flat Plug Connectors on these for a while though, up until 1966, and could possibly be modified to work with the 64-66 years.
