- Not for 1986-1993 V6/V8 "800 Lower Units or 1990-1993 4cyl lower units as OMC stopped using the smaller "400" style gearcase on Cobra applications in 1990, but this particular item was only used until 1989 on 3.0L applications & 1990 on "400" gearcases on 2.3L as the 3.0L applications in 1990 used the larger "800" style gearcase
