• OMC 436888 / 0436888 Lower Unit Gearcase Propeller Shaft Found on OMC Stringer 4cyl 400 Series & 4cyl Cobra 1978-1990.... Could be used on Johnson Evinrude V4 outboards 1979-1982 as well as some Johnson/Evinrude Models 1996-1998 (88hp / 112hp / 115hp)

• OMC Stringer & Cobra 4cyl gearcases 1978-1990 models Fully Mechanical Shift Models because 389957 is NOT provisioned for the hydro-mechanical shift spring, whereas 982416 is this same shaft externally except it is drilled internally for the hydro-mechanical shift spring.
