MerCruiser Part Number 1351-4871A1 for applications (Serial number 0335-4702-03774864) Which is roughly Mid 70's until 1978 models for sure, but equivalent to subsequent years as long as you're in that 70-78 range.

  - 1351-7354A1
Visually it looks in good shape, however this may need to be cleaned or re-built. I would just try it first and if it doesn't work, it would be probably wise to rebuild it.

****Fuel input fitting (That's the easiest way to discern whether or not yours is newer than this carburetor. The older ones had a smaller (less tall) nut that would have a smaller fitting in it)
What part number is on the metal colored tag on yours.
