- Freshwater used part.
- Found on Various OMC Stringer & Cobra Models 1981-1988 (GM V8 Engines with 2bbl carburetors) 200hp 230hp, 5.0L / 5.7L / 305 / 350 (Please check a parts diagram to confirm this, or just message me with your model number)
- The part number for this is technically 0982589 / 982589
- However this supersedes to 987307 / 0987307
- Visually it looks in great shape and everything moves freely and should be good to go, but may need to be cleaned or gone through or rebuilt before installation.
- This would be an item I would recommend to just try and install it first try and properly adjust the settings, and if you are still having issues go ahead and rebuild it with a kit. If your curious on what kit to use, OMC P/N is 0983073 / 983073 / 0984487 / 984487 / Sierra 18-7086
